Introduction:
| | This special session will focus on the latest developments in the mathematical analysis of Partial Differential Equations that arise in the context of General Relativity and Cosmology. The topics will include the representation and qualitative properties of the solutions of initial value and boundary value problems for linear and nonlinear PDEs in curved spacetimes, global existence, blowup of the solutions, numerical simulations, applications of new analytic and geometric methods, such as geometric measure theory and microlocal analysis, to tackle previously intractable problems in mathematical physics, etc.
The session aims to provide a platform for leading researchers and junior scholars to discuss recent breakthroughs, new methods, and future directions in the field, fostering collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas.
