Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published collectively in four SCI-E journals:  AIMS Mathematics, Electronic Research Archive, Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization, and Networks and Heterogeneous Media.  The proceedings will consist of special issues edited by some session organizers and regular submissions of conference articles.  In the end, all the proceedings articles shall be presented in a single online book (virtual) with a specially designed cover, information of the conference and special issues, and all the guest editors. 

Session organizers are welcome to propose special (journal) issues, to be contributed by your session speakers.  We will offer a discount of APC to publish your conference-based original research papers in the conference proceedings by submitting to any of the four Open Access journals, as a token of appreciation for your participation in the conference.  Interested session organizers may propose to guest-edit a special (topic) issue for one of the four journals.  Some APC waivers for the guest-editors may be available.

To qualify for a 30% discount of APC rates at the time of submission,  in your cover letter of submission you are required to enter your conference registration ID. 

It is emphasized that all submissions to the proceedings will go through the same rigorous reviewing process as for regular submissions.
