Aigli Zappeiou, one of the most iconic spots in Athens, is located in the heart of the historic center, within the enchanting National Garden.

When:
Wednesday July 8th 2026

What time:
The event will start at 19:30pm and will end at 23:00pm

What is included:
Opulent buffet meal with drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic options). Live music with dancers that will make the evening unforgettable.

How to get there:
Aigli Zappeiou is located in a prime location, easily accessible on foot from the center of Athens. From Syntagma Square (Metro Station : SYNTAGMA), the distance is about an 8-minute walk through the picturesque National Garden. The route is fully pedestrianized and offers a beautiful stroll amidst the city’s greenery.

The Organizing Committee will invite all plenary speakers, thematic session speakers, and special session organizers as Guests of Honor, with complimentary tickets. AIMS will also invite all editors of AIMS journals to attend with free tickets.

Ticket Price:
Ticket Cost Per Person : 110Euros
Special Ticket Cost for Children aged from 4 to 12 years old : 50Euros
Accompanying persons, partners and children are most welcome to the event.
Tickets are available for prepurchase through the AIMS website. You can log into your participant account and buy the banquet ticket.
Deadline to purchase tickets Monday July 6th 2026, at 15:00pm. Afterwards any additional ticket purchase will be upon request at the conference secretariat.
Participants that will purchase their Gala Dinner Ticket(s) will receive a voucher upon their Registration - Check in on the 1st day of the conference.
They will have to show it at the Gala Dinner's venue entrance.

Cancellation Policy:
After June 20th 2026, no Refund of Gala dinner Tickets will be possible.
