Conference Extended Deadlines:

Abstracts Submission: April 15, 2026

Pre-registration: April 15, 2026

Speaker Registration/Payment Deadline: April 15, 2026

Note: Presentations will not be scheduled unless the registration fee is paid by the presenter

Registration Fees:

By April 15, 2026:       Regular: €380    Student: €190

After April 15. 2026:    Regular: €520    Student: €260

The conference will provide all registered participants: 

• ● Daily Lunch
• ● Daily Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshments

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

All refund requests must be submitted via email to: lux@uncw.edu on or before May 31, 2026:

• ● Full refund, minus a 5% credit card processing fee or applicable bank wire transfer fees.
• ● No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2026:
