 Information about Αccommodation and Transfers during the AIMS 2026 Conference

The 15th AIMS Conference (AIMS2026) will be held in Athens, Greece, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), School of Philosophy, University Campus (Zographou), from July 6 to 10, 2026.

To book your accommodation, send your request at aims2026@ccbsgreece.gr including the following information :
Room type (Single or Double) , Check In Date, Check Out Date and if you have a preferred hotel.
We will get back to you with our offer.

Your Room Reservation Request is considered complete when payment has been received.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Any changes or cancellations carry 100% cancellation fees .

Daily Transfer Package

The Daily Transfer Package includes bus transfers/routes from specific pick up points to/from the conference venue. There will be one route in the morning before the sessions begin and another in the afternoon after the sessions end.

For Participants that booked the Daily Transfer Package and their accommodation through CCBS, the package includes ten bus transfers/routes between the proposed hotels and the conference venue.

An envelope with their  “Transfer Pass” voucher will be given to them when they check in to their room.
The “Transfer Pass” voucher which must be presented to the bus driver each time they board the buses.

Participants that booked the Daily Transfer Package but made their own hotel reservation to other hotels and apartments have received an email asking them to select one (of the available) pick up points, which is going to be the point where they will get on the Transfer Bus in the mornings and where they  will get off the afternoons after the end of the conference from Monday to Friday.

They will have to make their own way to/from the Pick Up Location they will select.

The “Transfer Pass” voucher is necessary to get on the bus.

They can collect their “Transfer Pass” voucher from the Registration – Check in, on Sunday July 5th at the School of Philosophy (venue) which will be open from 11:00am to 17:00pm.

If they you do not collect their Transfer Pass” voucher on Sunday, you will have to make your own way to the conference venue on Monday morning, where you will get the voucher during your registration and which will allow you to get on the bus from Monday afternoon onwards.

For participants arriving at the Campus Entrance by other means –bus, metro, taxi, or on foot–  free shuttle buses will be available throughout the conference. These buses will operate on a circular route between the main entrance of the Campus and the Venue from Sunday until Friday.
