Proposed Ηotels for your Αccommodation during the AIMS 2026 Conference
The 15th AIMS Conference (AIMS2026) will be held in Athens, Greece, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), School of Philosophy, University Campus (Zographou), from July 6 to 10, 2026.
To facilitate your stay in Athens, a number of rooms at selected city hotels — within walking distance of the Campus entrance and the “Evangelismos” Metro station — have been reserved through CCBS Greece, the official accommodation supplier of the conference.
Special rates for AIMS 2026 participants are available across different room and price categories. Rates are quoted per room, per night, in EUR, and are available exclusively for bookings made through this platform.
The official conference dates have already been preselected for your convenience. However, you are free to adjust your booking should you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay. As July is peak tourist season in Athens, extended dates will be confirmed directly with the hotel, and you will be notified by email.
CCBS offers a Daily Transfer Package for all participants at a total cost of 25€. The package includes nine bus transfers/routes between the proposed hotels and the conference venue. There will be one route in the morning before the sessions begin and another in the afternoon after the sessions end. On the first day of the conference (Monday, July 6), only the afternoon route (from the campus to the hotels) will operate.
Participants who purchase the Daily Transfer Package will receive a voucher, which must be presented to the bus driver each time they board.
Exact pick-up locations, as well as detailed schedules and timetables for the daily transfers, will be published on the official website one month before the conference begins.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Any changes or cancellations must be received by email: aims2026@cbsgreece.gr
- ● Until March 31st, 2026, Full refund minus 50€ administrative fee.
- ● From April 1st until April 30th, 2026, Full Refund minus 30% Cancellation fee.
- ● From May 1st until May 31st, 2026, Full Refund minus 50% Cancellation fee.
- ● From June 1st 2026, onward, No refund of accommodation fees
