| I will describe a way of constructing the causal and Feynman propagators on asymptotically Minkowski spacetimes for the Klein--Gordon equation with potentials that decay in space but not necessarily in time. In particular, this includes the possibility of the presence of bound states of the limiting spatial Hamiltonians. The proof rests on propagation of singularities estimates in all regions of infinity that are proved in the framework of Vasy`s many-body work.
