Information/Instruction For Registration
Registration OPEN on Sunday July 5th from 11:00am to 17:00pm

Dear Participants,
We hope you are excited as we are since AIMS 2026 is only a few days away!
Please note the following important information :
Registration – Check in at the venue, the School of Philosophy, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). main campus.
All participants must Register – Check in on site to collect their name badge and conference bag.
In the following days you will receive an email with a QR code which you should have with you (printed or on your mobile devises) when you show up for Registration – Check in .
Upon arriving at the Registration desk, please show the QR CODE and will receive the conference bag and your name badge.
*Those of you that have financial obligations or want to pay for registration on site, will be directed to a separate exclusive desk.
Registration – Check in timetable :   
Sunday July 5th from 11:00am to 17:00pm.
Monday July 6th from 07:00am onwards.
Coffee and refreshments will be offered during the registration time.
Once you make your way to the campus entrance, free shuttle buses will be available to take you to the School of Philosophy building (venue). The free shuttle buses will be making the round trip from the campus entrance to the venue and back for the duration of the conference and will be available to all participants.
Those of you who booked the Daily Transfers Package, have been informed separately on how you will be arriving and departing to/from the venue.
