Introduction:
| The aim of this session is to present recent developments in the theory of stochastic partial differential equations arising in physical models, such as dynamics of fluids, mixtures, and dispersive phenomena. In fact, the presence of randomness in the description of physical phenomena has turned out to be crucial in order to model disturbances, such as oscillatory behaviours, microscopic uncertainty, and temperature oscillations. This has contributed to the development of probabilistic techniques to treat qualitative and quantitative properties of the underlying stochastic models.
