Introduction:
| Differential equations and difference equations are essential tools in modeling real-world problems such as physics, statistics, economics, biology, and engineering. In 1988, Stefan Hilger introduced a powerful tool that unifies these two distinct areas and extends these theories to a general theory, so called the theory of time scales.
The main purpose of the special session is to bring together researchers working in the areas of differential equations, difference equations, and dynamic equations on time scales. The session will focus on the latest advancements in various related topics, such as the modeling of real-world phenomena, the asymptotic behavior of solutions, boundedness and periodicity of solutions, non-oscillation and oscillation of solutions, stability, numerical algorithms, computational aspects, and their applications across different scientific and engineering disciplines.
