 Introduction:
The study of integrable systems lies at the intersection of mathematics, physics, and nonlinear science, providing profound insights into the behavior of nonlinear waves, coherent structures, and dynamical systems. Integrable systems are characterized by their rich mathematical structures, including the presence of an infinite number of conserved quantities and symmetries, Lax-pair, exact solvability, and significant connections to algebraic geometry, dynamical systems, probability and special functions, etc. Integrable systems are essential for understanding nonlinear wave phenomena across various fields, including fluid dynamics, optics, condensed matter physics and string theory. This minisymposium aims to bring together researchers from diverse disciplines to explore recent advances, challenges and applications related integrable systems, while also offering an overview of current research activities in this area.
