Introduction:
| | Symbolic Computation has a long history of developing algorithmic tools used throughout a variety of fields of mathematics, sciences and engineering. The use of exact tools in an inexact world sounds often counterintuitive, but found numerous applications in the last decades.
The development of algebraic algorithms and their applications lead this effort.
In this session, we discuss interactions between concepts and tools from symbolic computation and the theory and applications in other areas of mathematics and the sciences.
In particular, we welcome contributions on algorithmic and computational aspects of tools and theory in the intersection of computer science and mathematics.
