 Introduction:  
  The analysis of elliptic and parabolic partial differential equations remains a fundamental area of research, particularly when addressing challenges posed by irregular domains, rough coefficients, degeneracy, singularities, and nonlinear effects. This special session will focus on recent advances in regularity theory for such equations, as well as their applications in fluid dynamics, kinetic theory, and material science. By bringing together experts in these areas, the session aims to foster discussions on novel techniques, outstanding open problems, and future research directions.
