 Introduction:
The Operator Theory and Harmonia Analysis (OTHA) special session aims to bring together researchers to present and discuss both theoretical and applied aspects of harmonic analysis and operator theory. The chosen field, the harmonic analysis and its applications, is not too wide to ensure quality of the participants and the high-level expertise of the actions. At the same time, this area is wide enough to cover numerous problems of the real world. Harmonic analysis has many applications in digital communication, data transmission and encryption, and many other aspects. Most modern human medium - and long-distance communication is performed digitally, with harmonic analysis providing a fundamental backbone for such systems. It is widely used in mathematical physics, mechanics, applied biology, chemistry and medicine, and etc. We plan also to propose a special issue at the Journal of mathematical Sciences (Series A) – (EiC- Alexey Karapetyants).
