In the Atrium, outside Conference Hall A, during 16 – 20 December 2024

Registration opens 7:00AM on Monday12/16
        Note: no access to the venue on Sunday, 12/15

REGISTRATION STEPS TO FOLLOW

• If you are an already REGISTERED DELEGATE with your unique barcode:

1. Approach one of the PRE- REGISTRATION KIOSKS and scan your barcode.
2. Your Conference badge will be printed for you automatically wherein you can collect your badge and lanyard.

• If you are an UNPAID REGISTERED DELEGATE

1. Approach the ON-SITE REGISTRATION COUNTER
2. The registration team will assist you in completing the payment
3. Once registration and payment are completed, a printed badge will be handed over to you.


Important Notes
The conference badge must be worn throughout the conference to be provided with access to the sessions.

Car Parks

The conference center ADNEC has several large dedicated car parks (see here for the list of car parks). We recommend using Car Park A or Car Park B. There are no reserved spaces and you can use any available spot.
