Budget and Sponsorships
For Mathematicians and By Mathematicians, the AIMS Conference series is a not-for-profit operation for about 30 years serving the broad international community. And the current conference at NYU Abu Dhabi is no exception. In fact, we have always been trying to maintain the lowest possible rates of the registration fees, while offer the most services to the participants, including daily lunches, attractive venues, free banquet invitations to several hundreds of session organizers, subsidies for student fees by half, among other things.
The cost of the current conference is estimated at 600 USD per participant. Against this backdrop, keeping the low fee at 420 USD requires significant subsidies, grants, and sponsorships.
