Option 1: Accommodation in UNCW University Housing
Participant may choose to be housed in one of our air-conditioned Seahawk Apartments (Seahawk Crossing, Seahawk Landing, or Seahawk Village (Do not contact them direclty)). Campus apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, living room, individual bedrooms, and washer/dryer in each unit. Guests will have access to UNCW guest wi-fi and apartments have cable hook-ups.
Each apartment complex has its own main office or front desk that is staffed throughout the summer for any guest needs that may arise.
Guests share an apartment with other conference participants with same gender and are responsible for providing their own TV/electronics, cookware, laundry supplies, toiletries, etc., and any other needed items for their stay.

Final Due Day: Friday 5/12 Deadline for Cancellation/Refund: Friday, 5/12. Refund will be subject to 5% credit card charge.
