Cancellation Policy & Refunds

All refund requests for cancellation must be made by e-mail to Dr. Xin Lu . The refund of your paid registration fee will only be made according to following deadlines and amounts.

On or before April 15, 2012: Full Refund (subject to a 3% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees, if applicable).

April 16 - May 15,2012: US $50.00 Cancellation Fee.

After May 15, 2012: No Refund
