If you do not plan to stay in Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
or Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort and do not have your
own transportation, we would strongly suggest that you choose
a hotel within walking distance to or nearby Hyatt Regency
Grand Cypress. You may use such search engines as Google

The organizing committee is planning to arrange shuttle
buses to pick up participants staying in hotels within 2-3
miles of the conference site, Hyatt Regency Grand
Cypress, in the mornings and afternoons on 7/1-7/5. However,
the buses can only stop at a few selected locations and we
will provide the time and stop locations as soon as we finish
the arrangements.

Your support in staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress
helps keep the conference costs down, which directly affects
your registration fees. AIMS guarantees the hotel that we
will fill a certain number of “room nights” (rooms per night)
during the conference. AIMS incurs penalties if too many
attendees opt to stay in other hotels in the area or neglect
to indicate to the hotel that they are with the AIMS conference.
If AIMS fails to fill the contracted room block, AIMS is
then charged a hefty penalty. Future registration fees could
increase to cover these additional risks.
Reservations
AIMS is holding a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Grand
Cypress. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-serve
basis at the following discounted rates. The group rate
is guaranteed until the cutoff date unless the block fills
prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff
date, they will be available at the best rate offered at
that time.

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and
local taxes (which are currently 12.5%) or applicable service,
or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time
of the meeting.
The above rates include:
• Up to a 34% reduction of regular rate;
• Free self-parking with in and out privilege
(regular $11/day) if you are staying at the hotel;
• Free shuttle to all theme parks;
• Free in room wired and wireless internet access
(regular $9.99/day).
A reduced resort fee $10/day plus tax(regular $18/day) will
