Extended Conference Deadlines:

 

Abstracts: March 31, 2018   Pre-registration: March 31, 2018

 

Registration Fees: (in TWD – New Taiwan Dollar)

 

Before March 31, 2018
   Regular: 10,000TWD   Student: 5,000TWD

 

After March 31, 2018
   Regular: 13,000TWD    Student: 6,500TWD

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to lux@uncw.edu. The refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to the following deadlines and amounts.

On or before April 15, 2018: Full refund, subject to a 3% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees if applicable.

April 16 - May 15, 2018:  A cancellation fee of 1,500TWD will be applied.

After May 16, 2018:  No refund.
