Deadline and Registration Fee

Note that no profit is generated from the payment of registration fees. 100% of your registration fee (together with financial support by the hosting university) goes toward the conference costs, which includes the venue, conference logistics, lunches and refreshments, the plenary speakers, etc.

Abstracts Submission: October 15, 2024
Registration Fees:
By September 15:       Regular: $420    Student: $210
After September 15:    Regular: $580    Student: $290
Conference will provide all registered participants:

• Lunch daily
• Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshments daily

Remarks:
It will be necessary to have registration fee paid to

• Include one’s presentation(s) in the schedule
• Make reservations to the hotel arranged by the conference
• Access the conference venue

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:
All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to 14AIMSConference@nyu.edu. A refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to the following deadlines and amounts.

• On or before November 1, 2024: Full refund, subject to a 5% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees if applicable.
• After November 1, 2024, no refund.
