Extended Conference Deadlines:

Abstracts: March 31, 2016   Pre-registration: March 31, 2016

Registration Fees:

Before March 31, 2016
   Regular: $320    Student: $160

After March 31, 2016
   Regular: $420    Student: $210

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

All refund requests for cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to Dr. Xin Lu. The refund of your paid registration fees will be made according to following deadlines and amounts.

On or before April 15, 2016: Full refund, subject to a 3% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees if applicable.

April 16 - May 15, 2016: A cancellation fee of US $50.00 will be applied.

After May 16, 2016: No refund.

Note:

AIMS Conference is non-profit. The registration fees are used exclusively for the conference. According to the preliminary estimate, the conference will need to spend $250, or more, per participant just for the daily lunches, coffee and refreshments, meeting rooms and audio/video equipment.

Yet, there will be much other expenditure as well, such as the conference program/schedule, student helpers, internet, materials, etc.
