Cancellation Policy & Refunds

All refund requests for cancellation must be made by e-mail to Dr. Xin Lu. The refund of your paid registration fee will only be made according to following deadlines and amounts.

On or before April 30, 2014: Full refund (subject to a 3% credit card charge or a subtraction of the bank wiring fees, if applicable).

May 1 - May 31, 2014: 39€ cancellation fee.

After May 31, 2014: No refund
