Abstract:
| | Nonlinear phenomena are essential ingredients in many physical and chemical processes and successful understanding of them benefits from multidisciplinary collaboration between physicists, chemicals, oceanographers, meteorologists and mathematicians.
The purpose of our special session is to provide cross-disciplinary interaction on several topics about the characterization of transport, mixing and transition states using computational models, numerical methods and nonlinear techniques to study geometrical structures in phase space and analyze its stability. |
