Numerical solution of Korteweg-De Vries equation with moving boundaries

Abstract:
This paper provides numerical solutions for a mathematical model related to Korteweg-De Vries equation in a domain with moving boundaries. We employ the Galerkin finite element method based on B-spline functions in combination with the Crank-Nicolson method to obtain numerical solutions.
Numerous numerical experiments are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and precision of the theoretical results.
