Abstract:
The aim of this talk is to emphasize the existence of special relations between the Lie symmetries shared by specific partial differential equations and ordinary differential equations. Consequently, coupled manifolds may be considered due to their common infinitesimal generators of their shared Lie symmetry groups. As an example, the nonlinear differential equations represented by the Tzitzeica surface partial differential equation and the Tzizteica curve ordinary differential equation arising in differential geometry are considered as examples.
