In living sells, large numbers of reactions are connected by sharing substrates or product chemicals, forming a large and complex network. Due to the large number of reactions, it would be difficult to perform stability analysis of steady states in networks if it was not impossible. In this talk, we will present a theory, based on the structure of networks and not on the detailed information of reaction kinetics of networks, to analyze steady states of large network systems. Our approach works well for a class of systems satisfying a specific topological relation.
