| Domain walls appear as sharp interfaces separating species in several Hamiltonian systems arising in Physics. In this talk I will describe how these structures that correspond to heteroclinic solutions to a related variational problem are orbitally stable when placed in a suitable functional space adapted to the the domain wall.
