Abstract:
We study the propagation of a discrete cane toads equation with random, unbounded diffusion coefficients. Under appropriate assumptions on the growth of the diffusion coefficients, we prove the shape theorem for both quenched and averaged solutions. The method is based on the analysis of large deviation for stochastic processes in random environment.
