In this paper, we study a mathematical model of immune cells inhibiting tumor immune evasion. The model consists of stronglycoupled parabolic PDEs. Applying the $L^{p}$-theory, Shauder-estimate and Banach fixed point theorem, we prove that this problem has a unique local solution. Then by extension method, we prove that the local solution is global.
