In this paper, a nonlinear Klein-Gordon-Maxwell System with solitary waves solution is considered. Using critical point theory, we establish sufficient conditions for the existence of infinitely many solitary waves solutions. Results obtained improve and unifies the existing ones for the Klein-Gordon-Maxwell System with non-constant potential even for the Schr\"{o}dinger--Poisson System with non-constant potential.
