We will discuss the equivalence about different notions of continuous weak solutions to the equation $\partial_{t}{u}+ \partial_{x}{}[u^{2}/2]=g$, where $g$ is a bounded measurable function. Moreover we will point out some relationships between this problem and the intrinsic regular graphs in the framework of the simplest sub- Riemannian structure, namely the Heisenberg group .
