| In the talk the spectral properties for the one-dimensional quasi-periodic Schr\"odinger operator and the two-dimensional Schr\"odinger equation are considered.
In particular, the relations between the concepts of the rotation number and the exponential dichotomy for a family of linear nonautonomus Hamiltonian systems are used to obtain information on the structure of the spectrum of the corresponding operators. |
