We study a global climate energy balance model (EBM) which spatial
domain is the Earth surface with vegetation cover. The
evapotranspiration effect is included in the energy balance of two
layers: canopy and ground layers. We analyze the existence of
solutions for a parabolic system with nonlinear diffusion.
