We provide necessary conditions and sufficient conditions of optimality for infinite-horizon optimal control problems for bounded processes in the discrete time case.
These problems are governed by difference equations or inequations.
Pontryagin maximum principles are established in the strong form and in the weak form. An application to a management problem for Internet quality services is given.
