| In this talk recent results on existence and non-existence of propagating traveling waves in a class of reaction-diffusion systems which include a model of
isothermal autocatalytic systems in chemical reaction of order $m$ with a decay order $n$, where $m$ and $n$ are positive integers and $ m \neq n$,
as well as a well-known model in microbial growth and competition in a flow reactor. will be reported
and related questions discussed. |
