| In this talk we study discrete spectrum of probability measures for locally compact group actions. It turns out that a probability measure has discrete spectrum if and only if it has bounded measure-max-mean-complexity. As an application, an invariant measure of a locally compact amenable group action has discrete spectrum if and only if it has bounded mean-complexity along F\olner sequences.
