 Introduction:
This session aims to explore diverse perspectives on hydrodynamic stability, encompassing theoretical analysis, PDE analysis, dynamical systems, and other mathematical approaches, alongside computational simulations. Hydrodynamic stability is pivotal in understanding various natural and engineering systems, influencing phenomena such as laminar-turbulent transitions and flow instabilities in complex geometries. By convening researchers from different backgrounds, including theoretical, applied, and computational scientists, this session seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and the exchange of insights. Topics of interest include theoretical frameworks for stability analysis, applied analysis studying flow stability, and advanced computational approaches for predicting and analyzing hydrodynamic instabilities. Through this session, we aim to advance our collective understanding of hydrodynamic stability and its practical implications across diverse domains.
