Introduction:

This session is concerned with the theory and applications of eigenvalue problems arising from studies of reaction-diffusion equations. The specific topics include theoretical analysis of the principal eigenvalues and its applications in ecology, epidemiology, evolution and related fields. The aim of the session is to disseminate new research results, exchange ideas, and find interesting open problems.
