Abstract:
Measles is a highly contagious disease caused by the measles virus. It is spread by coughing and sneezing and it is transmitted by direct contact or droplet exposure. Philippines have declared a major outbreak in early 2019. In this study, we will build the epidemiology model to investigate this outbreak. Weather conditions, human case data, and vector will be used to examine the seasonal effects.
