The Complexity of Game model in Duopoly Market with Sales Promotions

Abstract:
In this paper, game model in duopoly market with sales promotion is constructed and investigated. We calculated the conditions of the stability of period-T solutions by the theory of the discrete map. The bifurcation phenomenon and complex dynamic characteristics are analyzed by the center manifold theory and dynamic system theory. To discuss the sales promotion strategies of oligarchies in different situations, we use time series graph to analyze the changes of the system in the game. The application and effect of advertising promotion strategy in the game are analyzed by the case study and simulation. Theoretical analysis of advertising strategy fit the actual development from the example and numerical simulations.
