| Abstract: The impact of type II diabetes on cancer may vary with the type of cancer and its diagnosing times. Using diabetes and cancer patient`s data, we are working on a research project that helps establish a connection between cancer progression and the environments with elevated glucose levels. Mathematical models are being used with an attempt to understand the cancer dynamics under the influence of type II diabetes. This research aims to provide some useful information on microenvironments that is best suitable for cancer survival and growth. |
