Abstract:
We consider a model of compressible rotating stratified gas cloud in the field of Coriolis force. Our main goal is to study a possibility of existence of stable structure, corresponding to ling-living atmospheric vortex. We study the influence of surface friction and processes of mass inflow/outflow on the stability of gas cloud.
